Initial D Extreme Stage will be highly anticipated, apparently there is a US compatible version. Initial D Extreme Stage is an upcoming racing game developed by Sega for the PlayStation 3. It is based on the Japanese comic Initial D created by Shuichi Shigeno back in 1995. The Initial D Extreme Stage Blu-ray disc will be released in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan on July 7, 2008.

Otomedius is a new shooting game by Konami which featured personification of space fighters from various Konami games. The main characters are females with a set of equipments resembling space fighters from the side-scroller games by the same company Gradius, Salamander and Parodius.

Originaly developed for gamining arcade consoles, Otomedius G is anounced for the Xbox 360. The latest issue of Famitsu has announced that the game will come out on the 360 as Otomedius G. No release date has been revealed.

Perhaps most interesting though is the news of a new Ikkitousen game coming to the PSP called Ikkitousen Eloquent Fist. Marvelous Interactive will release a new PSP fighting game Ikki Tousen: Eloquent Fist in Japan on October 2, 2008. Ikki Tousen, or Battle Vixens, is a fairly straight down the line mix of schoolgirls/fighting/breasts which originated from a manga and anime series. In the 1940's, the best scientists of the world had decided to create a protected submerged environment of all the perils that a world full of totalitarian wars and regimes in ascension offered. However, he did not think that everything is perfect in this submarine utopia.


After two decades of peaceful life in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, the population of Rapture, as the city is called, he starts to use drugs that modify the genetic material of its users. He is there that all the dream starts to go below for water, in the direction most literal of the expression.

Graphics

Bioshock uses modified Unreal Engine 3, to command the mechanics of the game. Its graphs are deeply realistic, and the player who to withhold an appropriate plate of video will be able easily to confuse the rendered scenes - the videos of introduction of the game levels - and the scenes of real game, even for not having separation between them. The quality is fantastic.


The frightful plot of Bioshock leads gamer to an unknown experience; while its excellent graphical and sonorous ambient makes it to completely incorporate the terror lived for the personage when passing for tunnels gives to yield to the oceanic pressure.
